Honestly, why would you want a mustache on your napkin... unless you lived down west and were an outlaw... it'd make for a quick disguise.

Link: Real life Benjamin Button?

I was just reading the news items on AOL and came across a very curious one. Now I haven't seen "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" but the phenomenon of aging in reverse seemed a thing of myth. However, there is a similar case with a baby in England. She is not aging in reverse but seems to have one-upped Benjamin Button by not aging whatsoever! Baby won't grow Check out the link!

This link will make you *crack* up

This is a pretty good follow-up to the cartoon Ben just posted. It's amazing what people can do with Google Earth now-a-days. I think it's hilarious that they found a pot farm simply using Google Earth... these Feds have too much free time lol. The farm was 2 acres! Isn't that crazy? Read ahead for the article. There are two links at the bottom of this post if you want to read more.

If something is located on Planet Earth these days, there's a good chance that someone is looking at it. With satellites monitoring everything and Google Earth putting it all up online, it's getting harder and harder to hide your nuclear weapons cache and keep your naked sunbathing habits private. It's certainly getting harder to grow your greens out in the open.

Swiss police scored a major bust the other day when they accidentally stumbled onto a two-acre cannabis plantation while looking at Google Earth maps. The pot was hidden inside of a cornfield, but cops were able to spot the herb between the stalks.

''It was an interesting chance discovery,'' said a cop involved in the raid. The bust was part of a bigger investigation that eventually led to 16 arrests and the seizure of 1.2 tons of bud.

A Moose RUN!!!!!!!

It seems like the moose have taken over the news the last couple days. Every time I log on there's a new story about a misbehaving moose. For some reason, the location is always Washington. Coincidence? Maybe. Or is this a scheme between these creatures to take over the country? j/k, but you gotta admit it is pretty strange! I think the weirdest story regarding a moose that I had ever heard was when one kept going swimming in this lady's backyard pool. It took them ages to get him out!

Anyway, check out the two articles below and add your opinion on what you think is up with these crazy moose! :) Feel free to add your own stories about crazy animals on the run!

DDR!

I finally got a DDR during Christmas! Since then I've played it a couple times with my sister and managed to get the hang of it. It seems like you need to be really hyper to play the game. Hence, Purple Cow once again suggests that caffeine can make or break you - use it wisely.

I spent today looking at DDR vids online to see if I could pick up any pointers from masters. To my suprise I found that the best DDR player is a 4 year old kid!! LOL! Check out this clip and be amazed at this kid's skills. It's ridiculous!

blargh

Yeah so it looks like my new years' resolution is going to be to not get a virus that spreads to my whole family, including my cats.  Well if anything good came out of it, it's that it jarred my memory, since my frequent hot and cold spells made me dream that I was a contestant on that short-lived game show "The Chair" which aired for less than a season like 5 years ago.  Weird.  Well I've spent some time on youtube since I'm not able to do much else, and this is all I got to show for it:

2008 in Review

Hopefully, you've all survived the holidays and are getting ready to hit up various New Years parties towards the end of the week.

Apparently 2008 was the year of the rat in the Chinese calendar... but 2009 seems more favorable for our blog as it's Year of the Cow (or Ox)! :D I guess there will be good luck coming our way 2009!

In case you missed the events of '08 here's a recap brought to you by Jib Jab:
Jib Jab: Year in Review

Jib Jab makes really weird cartoons. They all are pretty much politically based. I guess the best way to describe them is, if SNL were animated you'd get Jib Jab. Anyway, check out the link and enjoy!

Some Christmas music that you can celebrate Christmas being over to!

These are two funny christmas music videos worth your time whether or not that fat dude plops down your chimney and eats your cookies:

"I ate Chinese food on Christmas"
I for one totally watched a movie on Christmas, missed out on the chinese food this time.  But man most christmas music drives me crazy, since you tend to hear the same ones over and over, but now we don't need to listen to it for another 10 months or so.  Woo!  Chanukah's almost over too, at this point i'm spinning dreidels in my sleep so it's probably for the best.  New comic in a few hours woo!

Moo-ry X-Mas!!

Please continue to celebrate the Holidays by visiting our blog! We're just getting started but the craziness is only going to grow from here on out! We hope you keep coming back!

Here are a couple more links for your enjoyment!
1) A Geek's guide to surviving Christmas

No the geek isn't one of the purple cows, it's some random youtuber! Rather odd clip. Enjoy it!

2) Robbie the Reindeer: Robbie Meets Santa
Robbie the Reindeer is a series on TV that Ben Stiller actually started. The first one "Hooves on Fire" aired in 1999 in the UK first. The cast in that version was different than the US cast. After it was a hit there they sold it to the US and replaced the cast with the likes of Brad Garrett (Santa), Britney Spears (Donner), Ben Stiller (as Robbie), and even a UK dude - Hugh Grant (as Blitzen). It's worth watching. The clip itself is when Robbie meets Santa but the full version is on Youtube.
